The Geberit Sigma 12 cm concealed cistern (UP320, 109.309.00.5) is the plastic cistern only, for building into a boxed-in or part-height installation without a Duofix frame. It is fully insulated against condensation, operated from the front through a Sigma flush plate, and set at the factory to 5.8/3 l; the small flush adjusts from 2 to 4 l and the valve can also be set for 6/3, 4.5/3 or 4/2.6 l with suitable low-flush pans.
The cistern is 41 cm wide and 51 cm high in the catalogue (12 cm deep) and suits drywall construction, part- or room-height prewalls and floor-standing WCs; the flush pipe can be cut down for a lower 98 cm mounting. Water enters at the rear or top centre (R 1/2″ with angle valve and hand wheel, 0.1-10 bar). Maintenance is tool-free through the service opening; buy the flush plate separately.
Technical data come from the Geberit UK product catalogue, which prevails. No guarantee period is stated there; the statutory guarantee applies.
