How we process your personal data, for what purpose and which rights you can exercise, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
- Contact and identification data: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, tax number when you request an invoice with tax details.
- Order data: products, amount, date, order number, incidents, returns and customer-service correspondence.
- Payment data: payment takes place on the bank’s gateway. We do not store and cannot access your full card number; we only receive confirmation of the transaction.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and the cookies described in the Cookie Policy.

4. Recipients
We share your data only with the providers needed to deliver the service:
- Carriers: SEUR, GLS, Correos Express, DHL, Palibex and Palletways Iberia, depending on the size of the shipment and the destination.
- The bank and payment gateway that processes the transaction.
- Web hosting provider (servers located in the European Union) and email provider.
- Accounting and tax advisers, for compliance with legal obligations.
- Public authorities, where legally required.
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area; should that become necessary, it would rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
5. Retention periods
- Order and invoicing data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the statutory accounting and tax retention period (6 years, and up to 10 years where applicable law requires it).
- Customer-service enquiries: up to 1 year after they are resolved.
- User-account data: for as long as the account remains active.
- Cookies: the period stated in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to info@homiaro.com or to the postal address above, enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
7. Security and cookies
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption of the website and restricted access to order information.
