The Reina Arnage is a straight ladder towel rail built from stainless steel with fourteen round bars and a matt black finish. Heat comes from a dry cable element inside the frame, so there is no fluid to leak or top up, and the 165 W output is aimed at drying towels and taking the chill off a bathroom. The small control panel at the bottom of the right-hand upright offers continuous 24-hour running, 2- or 4-hour boosts and repeating 2/4-hour on-off cycles.
It is a hard-wired 230 V appliance: plan a fused spur, and decide before tiling whether the cable will come out of the wall behind the concealed-wiring bracket or run on the surface. It is IPX4 and Class I, so it can go in a bathroom zone permitted by BS 7671 (REBT in Spain) as long as the controls cannot be reached from the bath or shower and the lowest bar is at least 600 mm above the floor. The rail stands 116 mm off the wall; check the 1200 x 500 mm footprint against nearby doors and sanitaryware.
