The Reina Maira is a stainless steel ladder rail in matt black topped by a shelf for folded towels. It uses a dry cable element instead of fluid, giving 165 W from a 1190 x 500 mm frame, and the control panel is built into the lower right-hand tube with continuous, 2-hour, 4-hour and repeating timer modes.
Because of the shelf, the rail projects about 280 mm from the wall, so check door swing and walkways before choosing the spot. It is a 230 V hard-wired appliance: the supply should come through a fused spur, with the cable hidden inside the right-hand bracket. IPX4 and Class I allow bathroom installation in the zones permitted by BS 7671 (REBT in Spain), provided the lowest bar is at least 600 mm above the floor and the controls are out of reach from the bath or shower.
Data comes from Reina datasheet, which prevails over this summary. Reina gives a 2-year guarantee in addition to the statutory guarantee.
