The Rapid SL 3-in-1 set is GROHE’s standard concealed installation for wall-hung toilets. It combines the 1.13 m Rapid SL element (38528001) — a powder-coated steel frame with an insulated GD2 cistern — with a chrome Skate Cosmopolitan dual-flush plate and front wall brackets. The frame is self-supporting and height-adjustable at the feet.
The cistern is set to 6 l full / 3 l reduced flush at the factory and the full flush can be raised up to 9 l; the filling valve is WRAS approved for UK use and water can be brought in from the left, right or rear. The frame is 500 mm wide, 1130 mm high and about 230 mm deep, so plan a boxed-in duct or stud wall of at least that depth; it can be fixed in front of a solid wall or built into a stud partition. A wall-hung pan, its seat and a 90 mm outlet connection to your soil stack are needed in addition.
Technical data come from GROHE’s product sheet, which prevails. GROHE states a 10-year guarantee on the Rapid SL frame, in addition to statutory rights.
