Who we are

Homiaro is the online taps, sanitary ware, hot water and plumbing shop of AZULEJOS JAVIER FERNANDEZ SL, a Spanish limited company (S.L.) with tax number B78841210 and registered office in Fuenlabrada (Madrid). The shop sells exclusively through this website and has been operating since 2026.

What we offer

New products for the bathroom, the kitchen and the home water system: bathroom and kitchen taps, shower systems and valves, electric showers, toilets, cisterns and frames, smart toilets and bidet seats, basins, water heaters and cylinders, heated towel rails, pumps, water treatment and control valves.

We sell to private customers in Spain, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Some products are designed for one market (for example, electric showers for the UK supply); each product page says so. Customer support is provided in Spanish and English.

How we work

• Genuine products: every item is new and supplied with the manufacturer’s original packaging and documentation.
• Clear prices: all prices include VAT and delivery.
• Free shipping: no minimum order, to every zone we deliver to.
• 30-day returns: free when the product is faulty, arrives damaged or does not match the order.
• 3-year legal guarantee under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, plus the manufacturer’s commercial warranty where it exists.
• Advice: we help you choose a model based on the space, the connections, your water pressure and your budget.

Where we are

The registered office of the company is Calle de Nazaret, 12, 28941 Fuenlabrada (Madrid). Orders are prepared and dispatched from our logistics centre in Fuenlabrada (Madrid, Spain), which is also the return address. We do not operate a physical shop open to the public.

Our philosophy

A tap, a toilet or a water heater is fitted to last for years, and replacing it is a job in itself. That is why we would rather explain than sell: every product page states the dimensions, the connections, the working pressure and, for electrical products, the power rating, as given by the manufacturer, and we do not publish claims we cannot back up.

We work by three simple rules:

• One price, no surprises. The amount you see includes Spanish VAT and shipping. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the United Kingdom, import taxes and duties are paid by the recipient, as explained in Shipping and Payment Methods.
• Written conditions. Delivery times, zones, return fees and the guarantee are published and are the same on the product page, in the basket and in our policies.
• A person on the other end. This is a small business: we answer by phone and email and stay with the case until it is resolved.

Environmental commitment

On tap, shower and cistern pages we show the flow rate or flush volume when the manufacturer provides it, so you can compare water use. If you buy an electrical or electronic product, such as a water heater, an electric shower, a heated towel rail, a pump or a smart toilet, you can hand the equivalent used appliance over to us for proper treatment, under Spanish Royal Decree 110/2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
