The Mira Vigour Thermostatic is a wall-mounted power shower in white with chrome trim that mixes hot and cold stored water through a thermostatic valve and boosts it with a built-in continuously rated pump. Outer and inner concentric controls set flow and temperature; the maximum is factory-limited to 41 °C with an override button for about 5 °C more, and the valve shuts the flow down if the cold supply fails. It comes with a 90 mm five-spray rub-clean handset, a 1.25 m hose, a slider on a 617 mm rail, a soap tray and bracket.
Vigour is for low-pressure gravity systems only: stored hot water (cylinder, 55-65 °C) and a cold storage cistern of at least 230 litres; it must not be connected to mains or a combi boiler. Working head is from about 0.01 bar (100 mm) to 0.5 bar maintained, 1 bar static. The pump takes a 3 A fused double-pole spur (cable up to 2.5 mm²), and water and cable enter on the left (rising, falling or rear) via 15 mm push-fit inlets.
