The Mira Jump Multi-Fit is an entry-level instantaneous electric shower from Mira’s replacement range, in white with chrome trim. This 8.5 kW model has a push-button on/off, a temperature dial and a power selector with an eco setting, pressure-stabilised temperature control and Mira Clearscale, which reduces scale build-up in the heater. It comes with a rub-clean shower head, hose and adjustable slide bar so the whole kit can be changed in one go.
It needs a cold mains supply of at least 0.7 bar running (5 bar running and 10 bar static maximum) and a dedicated circuit; Mira recommends a 40 A MCB and a 30 mA RCD for the 8.5 kW model, and the terminal block takes cable up to 16 mm². Water can enter on the left or right (rising, falling or rear), the cable on the left (rising, falling or rear), and the adjustable slide bar helps to cover old screw holes.
