The QETTLE Original is a 4-in-1 kitchen tap that delivers normal hot and cold water, filtered cold drinking water and true 100 °C boiling water from one chrome tap with a round arched spout. A lever on one side mixes hot and cold; the handle on the other side gives filtered water and, after a safety button is pressed while turning, boiling water. A removable safety clip blocks the boiling function completely. This version comes with the 4-litre boiler tank and QETTLE’s filter system with a Q08 carbon-block cartridge.
QETTLE requires both hot and cold supplies between 1.5 and 5 bar (fit a pressure-reducing valve above 5 bar), a 13 A socket under the sink and a 35 mm tap hole; the tap connects with G 1/2″ hoses. The 4 l boiler is 350 mm high, 240 mm wide and 260 mm deep, draws 1500 W and heats from cold in about 17.5 minutes. The filter cartridge should be replaced about every six months. The tap is 352 mm high with 227 mm from base to spout tip.
