The Wodar Design+ Flex is a 4-in-1 kitchen tap in polished chrome with a high swan-neck spout and a knurled pull-out hose. One slim lever gives normal hot and cold water; the knurled handle on the other side dispenses filtered cold water or filtered near-boiling water after pressing the child-safe button. Water is heated in a 2.4-litre open-vented (non-pressurised) tank with an adjustable temperature of 75–98 °C, so it is an instant-hot rather than a 100 °C boiling system.
The tap is 439 mm high with 223 mm reach and 241 mm under the spout, swivels 360° and fits a 35 mm worktop hole. The system works at 1.5–5 bar (about 3 bar is optimal) and needs a 13 A switched socket under the sink; the tank (274 × 200 × 210 mm) uses 3/8″ BSP connections with 1/2″ BSP adapters supplied. Filters must be changed every 6 months (or 2,000 litres) to keep the guarantee; the tank heats in about 7–8 minutes.
