Boreal is a two-piece wall-hung set from Otium: a solid 80 cm basin slab with a rectangular integrated bowl, and a matching 80 cm shelf mounted underneath. Both are made of sintered stone, a resin-free material made by compacting quartz, feldspar, silica and mineral oxides under high pressure and heat, and finished in matte white with marble veining.
The basin top is 800 mm wide, 460 mm deep and 120 mm thick; the shelf is 100 mm thick. It has no tap hole and no overflow, so it is designed for wall-mounted taps and an unslotted 45 mm waste in the centred outlet; tap, valve and trap are not included. Steel brackets and fixings are supplied, but the heavy slabs need a solid wall and accurate levelling, so have the concealed tap body and the waste roughed in before installation.
Details come from Otium’s product information, which prevails if anything differs. The manufacturer guarantee period is not published; the statutory guarantee applies.
