The Porter is a 600 mm wall-hung basin from Haddon with a clean box shape: 12 mm walls, a deep flat-bottomed bowl and a 100 mm deck along the back. It is cast in stone resin and hand finished in matte white, which gives a soft, warm surface that is pleasant to touch and easy to wipe.
There is no tap hole, so plan wall-mounted taps and their concealed valve before tiling; Haddon publishes a stone-drilling guide if a deck tap is preferred. The technical drawing shows a concealed overflow slot and a 50 mm waste outlet, so use a slotted waste. Fix it to a solid wall with the supplied fixings (two rear slots 50 mm from each end) and position the trap centrally; it weighs about 15 kg. Taps, waste and trap are sold separately.
