The Waterdrop M6SL is a freestanding reverse osmosis water purifier that sits on the worktop and needs no connection to the pipework. Tap water is poured into a 4-litre feed tank; a single combined cartridge with eight filtration stages, including a 0.0001 µm RO membrane and a mineral stage, treats it, and UV light acts on the purified water before it is dispensed. Waste water is collected in a separate compartment, with a 3:1 pure-to-drain ratio.
Because it is filled by hand, water pressure and supply connections do not matter – it only needs a mains socket and about 40 × 24 × 37 cm of worktop space. The touch panel offers preset volumes from 150 to 500 ml and shows filter life; the detachable 1.2 l glass pitcher can go straight into the fridge. The single M6RFL cartridge is replaced roughly every 12 months, and the waste compartment must be emptied regularly.
Technical data on this page come from the manufacturer’s documentation (user manual and product page); where anything differs, the manufacturer’s documentation prevails. Waterdrop gives a 1-year manufacturer warranty, in addition to the statutory guarantee.
