The Dakota kit pairs a square, deck-mounted bath shower mixer with a rigid riser rail, so one product covers bath filling and showering over the bath. The mixer has separate hot and cold levers on quarter-turn ceramic cartridges, a waterfall spout and a built-in diverter that sends water up to the shower; the riser carries a square overhead drencher of about 195 mm and a matching square hand shower that slides on an adjustable holder with a 1.5 m hose. The tap is solid brass and the set comes in a matt black finish.
The mixer fits a standard two-hole bath deck with G3/4″ connections (flexible tails are included in the set) and the riser is fixed to the wall above the bath, with an overall height of about 1045 mm and 330 mm projection, so check the position of the bath screen and wall tiles before fitting. It is rated for 0.5 to 3 bar, which covers most combi and pumped supplies; on very low-pressure gravity systems the overhead drencher will be weak. Because it is a manual twin-lever mixer, temperature is set by hand and is not thermostatically held.
