Tajo by Valaz, a Valencian maker of built-in taps, is a minimalist concealed shower. The square 30 x 30 cm stainless steel rain head is fitted into a pre-frame so that it sits flush with the ceiling, and a brass single-lever mixer in the wall controls flow and temperature and switches between the head and a slim square handset on a wall outlet. The visible mixer plate measures about 13 x 18 cm; hose length is 1.5 m.
Install it during a renovation: the pre-frame (around 359 x 359 mm) needs a false ceiling and the mixer a concealed box in the wall, with the supply to the head run above the ceiling. Valaz does not publish a pressure range; a large rain head performs best on mains-pressure systems. Spanish practice applies: fit isolating valves on the supplies and leave access to the cartridge.
If any figure on this page differs from the manufacturer’s documentation, the manufacturer’s documentation prevails. Valaz does not state a guarantee period on its product page; the statutory guarantee (3 years in Spain) applies.
