The Sanislim is Saniflo’s narrow macerator for modern slim and close-coupled WCs where there is little space behind the pan. The tall, thin unit is only 131 mm deep from front to back, has inlets on both sides for a basin and a shower, and shreds and pumps all waste through small-bore pipe with a 400 W motor that starts automatically on the water level.
It is a good fit for a cloakroom or small en-suite with a WC, basin and shower. Its lift is lower than full-size models: plan the discharge so it stays within 2.5 m vertical rise or 40 m horizontal run, using 22 to 32 mm pipe with a steady fall after the riser. Check that the shower tray is high enough for gravity flow into the side inlet, that the WC has a horizontal outlet, and that a fused spur is available; UK Building Regulations Part H only allow macerators where gravity drainage is not practical.
If any figure on this page differs from the manufacturer’s documentation, the manufacturer’s documentation prevails. Saniflo’s guide gives a 2-year guarantee from purchase, in addition to the statutory guarantee.
