The Edesa Flat 80 WiFi is a flat electric storage water heater from Groupe Atlantic’s Edesa brand, finished in silver grey and only 290 mm deep. Inside are two enamelled tanks and two ceramic sheathed anti-scale elements (1,500 W plus 750/1,000 W per Edesa’s datasheet), managed by an electronic touch display that shows the number of showers available and offers Manual, ECO+, Boost and Absence programmes. The ECO+ function learns household habits; Wi-Fi gives remote control and consumption data in the free Cozytouch app. Dimensions are 1090 x 490 x 290 mm and it weighs 33 kg empty.
It is rated ErP class B with load profile M (about 1,315 kWh a year), a fit for a household with one bathroom. The unit installs vertically or horizontally; the hot outlet must stay on the left in horizontal position. Use a new EN 1487 safety group rated 0.8 MPa (8 bar) with 1/2″ connections, add a pressure reducer when the supply exceeds 5 bar, and use pipes able to withstand 100 °C and 10 bar. A 230 V circuit with earth is required and, in a bathroom, the heater must respect the electrical safety zones.
Specifications come from the Edesa datasheet, energy label and installation manual, which prevail if anything differs. Edesa states 3 years of full guarantee and up to 7 years on the tank (5 years on components when the product is registered), in addition to the statutory guarantee.
