The Ariston Velis Tech Dry Wifi 50 is a slim electric storage water heater with two titanium-enamelled inner tanks in a 797 x 511 x 275 mm casing. Two sheathed (dry) anti-scale elements share 1.5 kW, so they can be changed without draining, and an electronic Pro Tech anode protects the tanks without routine replacement. A touch display, ECO EVO mode and the Ariston Net app over Wi-Fi control temperature up to 80 °C.
It can be hung vertically or horizontally, which helps in narrow kitchens, lofts or above a door, and it uses the same wall fixing as many Velis and Fleck Duo models when replacing one. Allow for about 72 kg full on the wall, a 230 V supply, 1/2″ connections and the supplied safety valve rated 8 bar draining to waste; fit a pressure reducer if mains pressure is higher.
If any figure on this page differs from the manufacturer’s documentation, the manufacturer’s documentation prevails. The stated guarantee is 3 years in total and 7 years on the tank without maintenance, in addition to the statutory guarantee.
