Sanivite is SFA Sanitrit’s pump for waste water from kitchens and laundry rooms. A level switch starts the 400 W motor as soon as water enters the tank, and the unit is built to take the hot, soapy discharge of dishwashers and washing machines. It has four 40 mm inlets (two on top, two low on the sides) and a discharge elbow with a built-in non-return valve.
It lets you place a sink, dishwasher, washing machine, shower or bath where gravity drainage to the stack is impossible — basements, islands, attics. The discharge rises up to 5 m or runs up to 50 m horizontally in 28 or 32 mm pipe (32 mm recommended). It must not receive toilet waste; for a WC choose a macerator. Leave it accessible for maintenance, use the low inlets for a shower tray and connect it to an earthed socket protected by a 30 mA RCD, as Spanish low-voltage rules require in wet rooms.
